As a member of the Baby Boom generation, Pilates has kept me flexible, made me stronger and added muscle tone I didn't have before. Millie is a wonderful Pilates instructor, extremely caring and knowledgeable. She pays attention to details, and is very good at keeping the exercises new and fresh, always changing and adding to the routines. Her studio is spotlessly clean!
